About This Project

Red oak hardwood is one of the most popular choices for Maryland homeowners thanks to its characteristic grain, durability, and compatibility with a wide range of stain colors. For this project, our craftsmen installed select-grade oak planks with tight tolerances and finished them with a durable oil-based polyurethane for long-lasting protection.

The homeowners chose a medium-brown stain to warm the open floor plan without darkening the space. The select grade means minimal knots and a more uniform appearance — ideal for a clean, traditional interior.
