As managerial partner and project manager, he has been instrumental in developing strategic partnerships with flooring manufacturers, distributors, and industry suppliers — ensuring our showroom carries the most up-to-date samples and that customers benefit from every available discount.
Design Consultant
After a career in public service, Carol pursued her lifelong passion for interior design. Since 2015, she has guided customers through every selection — traditional, contemporary, country/rustic, transitional, or eclectic. Flooring is the most important design element in a home, and Carol ensures every choice is beautiful, functional, and budget-friendly.
Estimator / Project Manager
Michael has spent 30+ years in the service industry as an owner, project manager, and business development manager. Michael has been critical in building partnerships in the commercial and hospitality industries for 2020 Flooring. Michael has a keen eye for flooring and is always looking to innovate in different ways.
