About This Project

Commercial flooring demands materials that stand up to heavy foot traffic, comply with ADA accessibility requirements, and maintain a professional appearance for years. For this multi-level commercial project, we specified luxury vinyl tile (LVT) in the lobby and corridors with a heavy-duty commercial wear layer, and Interface modular carpet tiles in the upper office levels.

The project was completed on a tight schedule with zero disruption to adjacent tenants. Our commercial team worked early-morning shifts to stay ahead of the building's operational hours. The LVT-to-carpet-tile transition strips were custom-cut for a clean, architectural finish throughout.
