Danish modern interiors call for flooring that recedes into the background — light, seamless, and understated. Pale maple with a matte finish achieves exactly this. Our team installed the planks with tight joints and a staggered layout to ensure a clean, continuous look that lets the architecture and furnishings take centre stage.

The matte finish (as opposed to semi-gloss or satin) dramatically reduces visible footprints and scratches in raking light — a key practical benefit alongside the aesthetic one. The homeowners specifically wanted a floor that felt more like a natural surface than a finished product.
